Client Brief: The project was to develop a coffee shop and retail outlet in a 40 SQM area, within a prime location on the Darlington Memorial Hospital site. The specification of the brief required an increased seating capacity and facilities to supply hot and cold beverages, hot and cold snacks and confectionary.
