Client Brief: Due to the success of a café installation by PSV Design at the newly opened Student Life Building, PSV were commissioned to remove and refurbish two Starbucks franchise stores, creating an internal self-delivered in-house brand across the campus. The outlets were required to offer a homemade food menu supported by a Starbucks “We Proudly Serve” drinks operation that could compete with, and exceed the local high street brand offering.
